Pregnant Women’s Satisfaction with Antenatal Care (ANC) Services at Puriala Public Health Center, Konawe District

Background: Quality health services are Public Center that can provide satisfaction for every user of in accordance with the level average population, implementation which is established professional standards and ethical codes. Fulfilling customer expectations satisfactory quality one biggest challenges providing services. This study aims to determine factors related pregnant women Antenatal Care (ANC) at Puriala Health Center, Konawe Regency, 2022. Method: research an analytic survey a cross sectional approach. The sample this 68 sampling technique Accidental Sampling. Data analysis techniques univariate bivariate using Chi-Square test. Results: results statistical test 95% confidence (0.05) showed p value = 1,000 so <0.05, obtained reliability (p 0.001), responsiveness 0.218), empathy 0.022), assurance 0.945), tangibles 0.006). Conclusion: There no relationship between assurance, while there reliability, empathy, tangibles.
